geez, i feel so unappreciated (*ahem* ADRIAN!!) when i update my blog. telling a working blog to shut down. :*(

my parents have returned from a week in Norway, while i've been living in a dust-filled house for a week. just to fill people in, i spend nearly the whole time that my parents were away cleaning the living room and dining room of my house so that we could get rid of the carpet. suffice to say, i think it's step ONE of the cleaning process of my house. on Saturday, we moved everything from the house into storage. God has sent gracious friends to come help me... thanks James x 5 days, Emily, Will and Adrian AND MY SISTER'S FRIENDS. Just the little effort and the love was gracious to me. i am thankful and you will be recompensated for the early morning wake-up and moving!

there is still so much to do here like painting the house, getting the hardwood floor sanded and sorting through the 30 boxes of stuff we moved out of this room. i hope that there will be enough love in this family to be able to work through just the living room issues. :)

as for spiritually, there are things in my life that i really want to work on. going to summer conference was actually disappointing. i didn't feel challenged (although the chinese side sounded a bit more challenging). it wasn't a waste, it was just like... well, things i've heard before. i think that i was wondering why God would let spots open up for me so that i could go to summer conference. well, for one, i know that James learned things and enjoyed the messages that he heard there. more on this later...

work: is tiring. PERIOD. (i envy the jobs who have time to post and get paid so much more than me for doing so! *ahem* A_ _ _ _ N... and please don't rub it in... :))

melos.
