can this be possible? is mel blogging more than once in a week?
hahaha..
well, it's saturday night after eating dinner at Taste of Japan to say goodbye to everyone before I leave and give everyone a chance to get together again! I'm really glad to see a lot of my friends to just come out and spend one meal's worth of time with me despite exams and just stuff that people have to do. It's been really a blessing to me to have a chance to just have friends like you all.. =) Hahah... it was like a mix of so many different worlds... Queen's people (only a few of you could make it...), NYCBC ppl (there are only 4 of you), and the vast amount of Peoples people. man... i luf you all!
I can't believe how hectic it is to be packed and travelling for so many days. I'm going to be so exhausted... I don't know what to do. But please keep me in your prayers... it's going to be great. I'm excited to see what God is going to do... hmm... maybe I should post a copy of my prayer letter so you'll can read it if you haven't gotten a copy yet.
Alright, I gotta get to bed now and get some rest because I'm really tired. And church is tomorrow. I doubt I'll be hearing any more jokes anymore... no more Pastor Lo all summer... =|
Hope I get to blog some more soon... =) Much lufs!

alright, thursday night/friday morning now...
in a week, i will be out of this country and on to another continent... scary thought, but yet a happy one as well..
i know God is going to teach me great things from this missions trip - things like humbleness and simplicity... but yet, He will teach me things beyond those that I can fathom right now... please continue to pray for me... i think many of you have already received my prayer letter... if not, message me.
i'll be back in Toronto tomorrow (friday), so then I'll see most of you soon... hopefully before i leave for HK/Taiwan...
i'll miss you all sooooooooo much but i know God will still be taking care of you all no matter how far apart we all are. have a great summer y'all!

today's sermon and joke of the day:
so, we're talking about shem, ham and japheth... and we're looking at Genesis 10... where they talk about the genealogy or the descendents... and pastor lo mentions that in this genealogy, the order of descendents starts with japheth, ham and shem...
the joke:
"Ham seems to always be in the middle." do you get it? HAM is always in the middle, like in the sandwich. hhahaha... aaron missed it b/c he was "sleeping"... muhahahah...

"DO WE SEE JESUS AS A SUGAR DADDY?" - Pastor Lo, on today's sermon about letting Jesus be our King

The context of it was refering to whether we just ask things of and from Jesus. Which I must say is quite a good analogy... Hahaha... I laughed so hard today after he said that.. but in my head of course... =) Some people laughed so hard out loud. =) That's like two weeks of consecutively good quotes. And then on Friday, he said something really witty too!

But yeah, exams are around the corner.... boo... first one on April 12th. But hopefully, I'll be alright... too bad i still have to work this week or else I'd study like a MAD woman. I'll keep praying for y'all too, I know you all got exams!

Today, it snowed... several inches of snow. And for some reason, I'm not surprised even though it's April. It snowed last year this same weekend so nothing surprises me anymore!

I went to Praise and Power tonight. I had a moral dilemna about whether I should go or not. I'm glad I went! God kinda gave me a clearer mind and heart afterwards. I had such a hard time deciding whether I should go, but God was faithful and showed me that I could go and really worship Him. I'm so glad... definitely need it before exams start.

Well, should get some work done... *sigh*
